Many photographs of bodybuilders inadequately portray the actual thickness and density of muscle the frame of the bodybuilder is carrying.In fact its quite a shock to see these men in the flesh as their size and thickness reaches from their fingers to their toes.Also the work required to achieve this level of muscularity is horrendous and admirable.Indeed so few achieve this as the dedication required is beyond the ability and sacrifice of most people.As such they have to carry our respect.
